Mission Statement: The Mt. Bethel Handy Helpers is an outreach ministry whose mission is to provide the labor required to perform home repair and maintenance jobs for those in need in our church community (both members and non-members.)
The Handy Helpers will serve Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church and the agencies it supports as a source for construction, repair and maintenance expertise and manpower. Through our example of Christian service we hope to inspire and encourage those we serve to get more involved with Mt. Bethel or their church. By experiencing together the joy that comes from doing the Lord’s work, we hope to develop a feeling of Christian Fellowship that will move others to join us.
Volunteers: We welcome anyone that would like to provide home repair and maintenance assistance in our community to help those in need. We need people with lots of different skills.
