Hours of operation are 9:30am - 1:30pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Ages of children admitted are through age 2.
Registration will be on a first call basis, beginning at 9:00am on Monday.
After registration is full, a waiting list will be established.
Cost will be $15 or $20 per session, depeding on pick-up time, paid at drop-off.
A late fee of $5 will be charged for the first five minutes after 1:30pm. After that time the late fee increases to $10 per five minutes until the child is picked up.
Parents must leave a contact number where they can be reached in an emergency.
An emergency form must be filled out by the parent for each child, which will be kept on file in the Nursery office.
Only people noted on the emergency form will be allowed to pick up the child.
The MMO coordinator must be notified if there are extenuating circumstances for the parent to be late. The phone number is (678) 560-7285.
Children who have obvious signs of illness will not be admitted to the room that morning. This includes, but is not limited to, green, runny nose, conjunctivitis, diarrhea, rash, vomiting or fever. Children should not have had any of these symptoms for 24 hours prior to the session.
Parents must provide each child with diapers, change of clothes (regardless of age), and whatever they will want to drink while they are at Mt. Bethel.
MMO will feed infants bottles, but are not responsible for any other meals. Snacks will be available as age permits. The ONLY snacks available are Cheerios, Gold Fish & graham crackers.
