Retreat
For the past six years, Mt. Bethel women have had the wonderful opportunity to experience growth, friendship, sharing and fellowship at the annual Women’s Retreat. Started in 2002, with the first retreat held at Callaway Gardens, 143 women gathered and began what would soon become an event that highlighted Women’s activities at Mt Bethel each year. Our annual retreat, now hosting over 230 women, offers exceptional speakers, workshops and exciting worship with beautiful music. There is always plenty of time for fellowship with other women and free time for rest, recreation and spiritual renewal. Retreat locations vary, but sites are always easily accessible from Mt. Bethel UMC.
