Cardio


Cardio Blast: A high energy total body workout.  Athletic drills inside or outside, cardio kickboxing followed by a total body weight training circuit.  Modifications made to accommodate all fitness levels.

Cardio Interval: 10 minutes of low impact cardio alternating with 10 minutes of strength training.  For beginners and experienced students.
