- September 1999 – Joined the teaching faculty at Candler School of Theology of Emory University as Adjunct Professor of Evangelism
- January 2000 – appointed by Bishop Lindsey Davis to Prison Disciple Ministry, Inc., a ministry she founded for prisoner’s support while incarcerated in the State of Georgia.
- Summer 2000 – created and founded “Camp Hope for kidz” – camps for prisoner’s children.
- Christmas 2000 – founded “Hope4Christmas” for the Camp Hope for kidz® families.
- Summer 2002 – founded the “Leadership Training Academy” for Camp Hope for kidz®
- Summer 2004 – corporate name change from P.D.M., Inc. to “kidz2leaders, inc.”
