Global Impact Celebration
February 6-10, 2008
Message from Randy
Mt. Bethel has always been an outwardly-focused church. For nearly two decades, Mt. Bethel has been the strongest supporter of MUST Ministries. In addition, Mt. Bethel is honored as the number one builder of Habitat Homes in Cobb County. Until recently, Mt. Bethel has not been as strong in our efforts with foreign missions. That?s about to change!
Mt. Bethel?s new missional emphasis is to put our "Compassion Into Action" with a more intentional focus on foreign missions. Our Lord has supplied us with a new energy to "go and make disciples of all nations, Baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:17).
It is our prayer that you and your family and loved ones will join us in our journey, turning our "Compassion Into Action." Let God lead you in our journey to help "Make Disciples of All Nations."
Mt. Bethel, join us in our efforts to make our overseas missions as strong as our local efforts. This will happen through our determination and God?s grace.
Let the Journey continue!
What is Global Impact Celebration?
It is a time to celebrate the many ways God is using our church throughout the world to transform lives and to help those who Jesus called us to have compassion for.
God is calling us to have the same heart of compassion that He has for people around the world. And God wants to use us to put that compassion into action in a way that will change our life and the lives of those He calls us to serve.
