Framing the Future

5K Road Race and 1 Mile Habitat Bolt, to benefit our Habitat for Humanity and their fall 2009 build. [directions to Mt. Bethel]

Note: Online registration closes at midnight on Sept 30. After that, you can sign up in the Community Activity Center on Wed, Sept. 30 from 4:30pm-7pm and Fri, Oct 2  from 4:30pm-7pm. Race day sign-up begins at 6:30am in the Community Activity Center.

PURPOSE: Entire race proceeds will be used to build Mt. Bethel UMC’s 26th and 27th Habitat Homes.

START TIME: 5K start 8:00am 1 Mile start 9:00am Habitot Trot (ages 5 and under) to follow.

START & FINISH: Mt. Bethel UMC, 4385 Lower Roswell Rd., Marietta, GA 30068.

FEE: $20 by Sept. 30; $25 after Sept. 30, including race day registration.
10% discount for family of 3 or more (separate form for each - not available on race day)
Phantom runners $__________ donation ($25 minimum) and receive t-shirt.

PARKING: Ample parking at Mt. Bethel UMC.

COURSE: Flat and fast - excellent opportunity for your personal best. Families & strollers welcome.

T-SHIRT: Technical shirt for first 500 adult entries; max 2 tech shirts for family rate; cotton t-shirts for others.

PACKET PICK UP: Mt. Bethel UMC Christian Activities Center (CAC/gym)
4:30pm - 7:00pm on Wed. Sept. 30 and Fri. Oct 2, or in the CAC/gym on race day.

AWARDS: 5K: Top Overall M/F; Top Overall Masters M/F; Top 3 M/F in 13 age groups (includes 10 and under.)
1 Mile: Top 3 M/F in 4 age groups ages 6 to 12. Habitot Trot: Ribbons to all finishers.

POST-RACE: Refreshments, DJ, amusements, vendor exhibits, door prizes - fun for the entire family.
