Culberson spent 11 seasons playing Major League Baseball, where he learned a lot about perseverance, passion, and grit - not just in the big moments, but in the everyday grind that comes with being part of a team. Throughout his career, Charlie was known as the guy who did whatever was needed to help the team, and the servant mindset helped shape the way he approached the game and life.

After his playing career, he has stay connected with baseball through broadcasting. He has worked on the Atlanta Braves pre and post game shows with FanDuel Sports and Gray Media. He also is currently a color analyst for Braves Radio Network.
Charlie enjoys sharing what he has learned through the highs and lows of baseball - about his faith, leadership, pushing through adversity, and showing up with grit in every season of life.
