This engaging session will help you better understand how to recognize early signs of memory loss or cognitive decline and what steps you can take to protect and strengthen your brain health.

Our guest speaker, Bethany Baker, serves as the Community Liaison for Senior Provisions LLC. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is passionate about educating and supporting individuals and families as they plan for healthy aging. Bethany lives in Bethlehem, GA with her husband, where they attend church and enjoy regular coffee dates.

During this session, Bethany will cover:

  • When it may be helpful to establish a cognitive baseline
  • Practical, everyday habits that can reduce brain aging and help maximize thinking capacity
